Alinanuswe is a certified Public Accountant in Public Practice CPA (T) PP, with and MSC in Finance from The University of Strathclyde Glasgow. Alinanuswe has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance experience woring within the Private Sector and Parastatals Companies, ranging from banking, manufacturing, and Telecommunication Sectors. He has served as Chief of Financial Officer in Tanzania Telecommunication Corporation overseeing the company's Financial and Governance activities. He has also worked as a Finance Manager for Mbeya Cement a subsidiary of Lafarge Holcim Cement in the Southern part of Tanzania Africa and Finance Manager of Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania.

Stella is a self-motivated individual, with an extensive experience of almost 8 years in Sales and Marketing, Client Management, and Administration. She holds an MBA in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University in Dar Es Salaam TZ and a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and Marketing from St Augustine University of Tanzania. Stella has five training certificates in Project Management/Sales Strategies and Management/Conversational Intelligence/International Business Etiquette and Micro Computer Applications.
